A transistor-type ignition works to minimise fuel-consumption on start-up; while a low-oil alert system protects the engine by automatically shutting it down when the reservoir's running dry. Another key engine-feature is the roomy 1.6-litre petrol-tank that delivers an extended 1.5-hour run time on a single fill. The Handy THLC29140 Petrol Compactor-Plate exerts a huge 8200N (861kg) on the ground-surface and operates down to a substantial 20cm.
