This Korbond black elastic is ideal for a number of craft projects and can be used for repair work, sewing and a multitude of applications. Most commonly known as knicker elastic, 12mm elastic is also perfect for ruching, cuffing balloon sleeves and scrunchie making. This is a soft polyester elastic that can be stitched, stapled or glued to other materials.  To make sure that there is elasticity, you should only hand wash this.
