She lays flat for storing your double-tipped pens, but stands up for ease, when pens are in use. Notice how the pens "stick up" over the edge of the bag when in use. This design makes it so easy to pull pens out and put them away. Debra is 7" tall, 2.5" wide and 4" deep.
